All our models are designed to meet the local building codes, so you can use our tiny home as a primary residential house on almost any quarter acre lot. You can have all the amenities, upgrades and functions of a full-size house, without the high monthly house payments and maintenance. In most cases, your tiny home can even be paid off within 3 to 4 years or sooner.
Most local banks and financial institutions will recognize your new construction tiny home, like any other new house being built. If you own your property or purchase property from us, we can help you put together a new home construction package to present to your local bank for financing.

Accessory Structure
Each of our accessory dwelling units are no different than your primary residential models, except they are sometimes a little bit smaller, depending on the available space in your backyard or property. Your accessory dwelling model is also built with hurricane safety codes in mind, along with providing you with the style, features and comfort you're used to.
All our custom models come with a 1-year, full structure and parts warranty to give you ease of mind as you enjoy your tiny home lifestyle. Our inhouse construction team will use their experience to quickly build your tiny house and have it ready for you to move in or lease out, in 2 to 3 months.
