Cayman Tropical Oasis is the first beach front tiny home community located 2-1/2 hours north of Tampa, in the great city of High Springs, Florida. Our community is developed on 130 pristine acres of palm trees, exotic plants, plenty of sandy beach and crystal-clear private lagoons.

If you would like to purchase a tiny home lot, please view the 3 site plans below, select the best lot for you to build on, then choose a tiny home model. Reservations can be made to hold your lot by contacting us with your selection, completing a simple application, then placing a deposit in escrow.

Your tiny home can be used as a primary residence to live year long in this vacation destination. You can use your tiny home as an Airbnb rental unit for a steady income source or long-term leasing. There is NO, AND THERE WILL NEVER BE A HOA, EVER! However, to keep the community in perfect condition all year long, we will have a small monthly maintenance fee.
